Discover the beauty, culture and everyday stories of Padawan through photography with Padawan Through the Lens 2026.

Open to photographers of different skill levels, the contest invites participants to capture the people, places and moments that reflect the unique identity of Padawan — from its breathtaking natural landscapes and multicultural communities to local traditions, thriving townships and hidden gems.

Participants can compete in the Open and Student Categories, with a total of RM13,000 worth of prizes to be won.

Entries will be evaluated by a professional panel of judges, including representatives from Canon Malaysia. Winning and selected photographs may also be featured in exhibitions, roadshows and official publications, offering photographers the opportunity to showcase their work to a wider audience.

Entries must be submitted within the official competition period. The submission deadline is 30 November 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
