What is Nyamai Sarawak
“Nyamai” means delicious in the Iban language. From the smoky flavors of Iban bamboo-cooked dishes to the spice-rich aromas of Malay cuisine, from Chinese wok mastery to Bidayuh and Orang Ulu delicacies made with wild jungle ingredients. Nyamai Sarawak is a melting pot of traditions and taste. Every bite tells a story, every recipe a legacy.
