IReS’25 is expected to provides a platform for the sharing of thoughts, insights and practises on resilience research in Malaysia and throughout the world. In addition, it is hoped that the conference will be a global knowledge centre to discuss the resilience theory, model, and approach in building the nation. This symposium offers a platform for professional counselors, psychologists, ESG experts, students, community leaders, government and NGO representatives, and other stakeholders engaged in community resilience-building to exchange ideas and enhance their understanding of counseling. Participants will explore topics such as human development, effective counseling practices, and the implications of fostering well-being and happiness in individuals and communities. What is the Objective for IReS’25?
➤ To address current and contemporary studies on resilience;
➤ To provide local and international experts and delegates with the platform to share knowledge, skill and experience;
➤ To foster social inclusion and intercultural dialogues;
➤ To learn resilience approach focusing on skills and approaches to specific groups and/or individuals
