The new service will operate daily between Kuching International Airport and Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4, strengthening Sarawak’s connectivity with one of the region’s key aviation and business hubs while creating new opportunities for trade, tourism and investment between Sarawak and Singapore.
“The timing of the inaugural flight carries particular significance, coinciding with Sarawak Day on July 22, the day on which Sarawak commemorates its self-government and continues to chart its own course of progress,” said AirBorneo in a statement on Saturday.
