KUCHING (Oct 17): The Bukit Assek Redevelopment Project in Sibu is one of two flagship projects being showcased by the Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA) at the Sarawak Mega Fair 2025 Conference and Exhibition in Singapore.
The project, covering 330ha in the heart of Sibu, aims to transform the area into a modern, sustainable urban hub integrating commercial, residential, and community spaces within a balanced environment.
LCDA is also featuring the Pasir Panjang Development Project here, which spans 157.73ha.
The project focuses on tourism-oriented and mixed-use development, reinforcing LCDA’s role in creating vibrant spaces that contribute to Sarawak’s long-term growth.
