Running from April 8 to 11, FHA-F&B 2025 featured 19 exhibitors from Sarawak promoting items such as processed bird’s nest, coffee, ‘midin’ (local fern) vegetable tea, white and black pepper, Sarawak laksa paste, and the highly-prized empurau fish.
